Instagram Reminders is an easy way to keep your practice’s time-sensitive offers, events, and promotions top of mind with clients who follow you on the platform. Your followers simply “opt in” to receive reminders (notifications) about the post they’re interested in, then shortly before the designated time of the event, IG will send them a series of reminders. They’ll receive activity feed notifications 24 hours in advance, 15 minutes before the event, and at the start time. Reminder notifications state the name of the event, your practice name, and a direct link to the original post with all the information.
Oh, and just a “reminder”: In order to create IG post reminders, your practice account will need to be set up as a business.
